Die Aura ist das Energiefeld rund um den Körper des Menschen. Es läßt sich in mehrere Schichten aufgliedern, die unterschiedliche Qualitäten haben. Jede dieser Schichten hat auch ihre spezifische Färbung und Dichte.

In diesen Energiefeldern rund um den Körper liegt der ganze Plan des Lebens mit seinen schnell vergänglichen Mustern und seinen dauerhaften Strukturen. Sie werden durch Willens- und Gefühlsimpulse bewußt oder unbewußt gesteuert.

In dem Aura & Energie-Seminar beschäftigen wir uns mit den Grundlagen dieser Energieschichten und erfahren, was sie bedeuten.  Wir  üben auch, diese Energiefelder zu spüren und feinsinnig wahrzunehmen.

Außerdem nutzen wir die Technik der AURA FOTOGRAFIE, durch die wir die dichteren Schichten rund um den physischen Körper auf einem Foto abbilden. Jeder Teilnehmer erhält 3 Aura Fotos, um dokumentiert zu sehen, welche eventuellen Veränderungen in der Aura durch die verschiedenen Lebenssituationen oder Bewußtseinszustände hervorgerufen werden. Diese Aura Fotos werden dann anhand der Farbe, Form und Plazierung der  Farben rund um den Oberkörper gemeinsam interpretiert. Dazu lernen wir auch die psychologische, spirituelle und energetische Bedeutung der Farben, sowie die Zuordnung der einzelnen Bereiche am Aura Foto kennen.
